Darlene Johnson for Waukesha County Supervisor, District 25

About Me ...

I moved to the Village of Mukwonago in 2004 with my husband, Ken, and our three daughters. My commitment to public service began at the neighborhood level through involvement in a local block watch group, where I saw firsthand how important community engagement and local leadership truly are.

In 2008, I was elected as a Mukwonago Village Trustee, a role I continue to serve in today. That experience gave me a strong foundation in local government and taught me the importance of thoughtful budgeting, long-term planning, and being responsive to the people I represent.

In 2016, I was elected as Waukesha County Supervisor for District 25. As the incumbent, I bring experience and institutional knowledge to the County Board, working every day to ensure the voices and priorities of District 25 residents are represented effectively.

I currently serve on the Finance Committee and the Human Resources Committee, where I focus on fiscal responsibility, transparency, and maintaining a strong and efficient county workforce.

My dedication to public service has been recognized with a nomination for the nationwide Elected Women of Excellence Award.

Outside of public service, I enjoy baking and spending time with my family.
